Edit File Description
1. Navigate to the Asset Info edit screen.

2. Click the Edit arrow for the attachment to edit.

3. Update the attachment description.

4. Click "Save"

5. Click "Save" to save the edit.

Delete File Attachments
Links to file attachments can be deleted through SHIELD.
Note - this does not remove the file from SharePoint, but removes the link from this asset to the file. This allows the file to remain for archive purposes, or if this file is linked to elsewhere in SHIELD.
1. Navigate to the Edit Asset Info form.

2. Click the red trash can next to the file attachment you want to remove.

3. Click "Save"
