CMLs can be inactivated to archive them. This allows for their data to be stored, but no inactive CML data will influence the overall condition of the asset.
1. Go to the asset you want to inactivate a CML.
2. Click on the edit icon on the CMLs header box.
3. Click the edit icon for the CML to be inactivated.
4. Toggle the Active switch.
5. Click save to save the edit. Once inactivated, the CML text will highlight be colored gray.
