Click the settings icon.
2. Click "Units".
3. Click "+ New Unit".
4. Enter the name of the unit.
5. Select unit start-up date.
6. Select the Site (and/or other hierarchy settings) this unit belongs to.
7. Enter unit manager name.
8. Set the minimum interval allowed between CML thickness readings. This defaults to the company global default value, but can be adjusted for the unit.
9. Set the minimum corrosion rate for CML thickness readings. This defaults to the company global default value, but can be adjusted for the unit.
10. Provide any unit comments. Examples may include dates of significant expansions, engineering projects, turnarounds, or additional information.
11. Enter the unit folder name linked to the SharePoint directory. This is where uploaded files will be saved to, and where we will search for file attachments for this unit.
12. Select whether the unit is active or not. You may wish to inactivate a unit when offline or shutdown. This will archive and hide the asset data from dashboard metrics until reactivated.
13. Enter database revision number. This allows you to mark any significant database changes (e.g. calculation or rule changes) and provide a comment within the unit comment box.
