Configuring Hierarchy
The company hierarchy outlined in the hierarchy overview is configured during company configuration on commencement of your SHIELD license.
The restriction of this feature prevents the accidental deletion or reassignment of data with cascading calculation effects.
We understand that company structures change over time, and this can be updated as required with assistance from SHIELD administrators.
